The Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) oversees food safety standards for all food establishments in Jordan. While calorie-display mandates are not yet as strict as Gulf states, Arabic-language requirements on menus are firmly enforced.

- Food handler health certificates are mandatory

## Tourism Considerations
